The company is currently in formation (in Gründung). Registration in the commercial register at the Charlottenburg Local Court (Amtsgericht Charlottenburg) is intended; the register number (HRB) will be added once registration has been completed.

A VAT identification number pursuant to § 27a of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz) has not yet been issued and will be added once available.
