These terms govern signing up for and receiving our newsletter. They apply in addition to the information in our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

These terms govern signing up for and receiving the newsletter of Pragmatic Technologies GmbH (in formation / in Gründung), Pappelallee 64, 10437 Berlin, Germany ("Mira", "we").

2. Content and frequency

The newsletter contains information about Mira, product news and insights on knowledge management and digitization in manufacturing. It is sent irregularly, typically about once a month, to the email address you provide.

3. Sign-up and double opt-in

To subscribe you provide your email address and confirm your consent. You then receive an email with a confirmation link. Your subscription becomes active only after you click that link. If you do not confirm, the sign-up does not take effect and the data collected for it is deleted after a reasonable period.

4. Consent and legal basis

Signing up is voluntary. The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You suffer no disadvantage if you do not consent.

5. Withdrawal and unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, and withdraw your consent with effect for the future – via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by emailing [email protected]. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

6. Data processing and provider

For sending we use the Brevo service provided by Sendinblue SAS, 17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France, which processes your data on our behalf within the European Union (Art. 28 GDPR). To document your consent we store the time of sign-up and confirmation and your IP address. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Cost

The newsletter is free of charge. Your provider's standard connection or data charges may apply.

8. Changes to these terms

We may adjust the content, frequency and these terms where reasonable for you. We will notify you of material changes in good time. If you do not agree, you can unsubscribe.
