See Mira in action, end to end
Watch a real shop-floor recording become a work instruction in front of you — then ask the AI assistant a question about it and get an answer that jumps to the exact second of the video it came from.

Capture practical know-how where it happens. Mira turns what your experts actually do into work instructions, onboarding material and answers at the machine — and connects it to digital learning through MLS. 15–19 September, Premium Atrium at Eingang Ost.
Why we're here
We are joining the Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau at its Sonderschau Bildung in the Premium Atrium, because the future of industrial learning cannot be separated from the reality of work on the factory floor.
Companies need modern learning environments. But they also need a workable way to get their own practical expertise into those environments — the machines, processes and standards that are specific to them, and the experience that currently lives in a handful of people.
That is where Mira comes in. We help turn the knowledge already present in your organisation into something other people can learn from.
From hands-on work to reusable knowledge to structured learning — at the stand you see every step of it. Instead of asking an expert to stop and write documentation, Mira lets them demonstrate and explain a task while they perform it.
Put on the wearables and capture know-how hands-free, inside the work process. No script, no studio, no stopping — the expert shows and explains while they do the job.
One recording becomes a work instruction with the steps and the safety notes, onboarding material, and content that can be searched, translated and reused across teams and sites. Your expert never touches a keyboard.
Onboarding, qualification, machine setup, troubleshooting, service and maintenance, multilingual shifts. The people who need the knowledge get to the experience of the people who already have it.

Generic learning content matters. But every company also has its own machines, processes, standards and methods — and that company-specific knowledge is the hardest part to turn into effective learning material.
Mira makes it easier to capture that knowledge directly from the people who know the work best. MLS — the Mobile Learning System built by the Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau — provides the environment for structured digital learning. Together they bridge what people need to learn and how the work is actually done.
Record processes, explanations and practical demonstrations in the working environment, hands-free, while the work carries on.
Mira prepares what was captured so it can be structured, understood, found and reused — by a different shift, a different site, a different language.
Through the MLS integration, that practical company knowledge becomes part of a broader digital learning experience, alongside the standard content your trainers already use.
Real work becomes real learning. We will demonstrate the integration live at the stand.
Five days, both founders on site, and the whole path from a recording to a finished work instruction — demonstrated on the spot. Describe a job from your own plant and we will run the demo on that instead of ours.

Hands-free capture, on you, in the work. See what it feels like to document a procedure while you are actually doing it — no script, no camera crew, no stopping.
Watch captured shopfloor expertise move into MLS and become part of structured digital learning — the bridge between what your people need to learn and how the work is actually done.
In the Premium Atrium at Eingang Ost, on the Sonderschau Bildung, stand EO 010. The Sonderschau is the education special show run by the Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau and it sits apart from the machine halls — so head for the East entrance rather than into the halls.
Just turn up — we are there all five days, Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 15:00. Booking a slot in advance does two things: we prepare the demo around your process instead of ours, and you do not wait if the stand is busy.
Someone who knows a job records how they do it — on a phone, an action camera or smart glasses. Out of that one recording Mira builds the things somebody would otherwise have to sit down and write: a work instruction with the steps and the safety notes, onboarding material for the next new starter, and an answer at the machine when something goes wrong. All of it in the languages your team actually speaks, and every answer points back at the second of the video it came from. That is the core of it — what else the platform does is on the product page.
MLS — the Mobile Learning System — is the learning management system built by the Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau and used across German industry for training and qualification. That is where structured learning lives. Mira is where your own practical expertise gets captured. The integration connects the two: know-how recorded on your shop floor becomes part of the learning your people already work through in MLS, instead of sitting in a separate tool. We will demonstrate it at the stand.
No. A phone is enough to start, and that is how most teams begin. The wearables — action cameras and smart glasses — earn their place when the job needs both hands, when you are reaching inside a machine, or when the point of view matters more than the picture. Try them at the stand; that is the fastest way to tell whether they suit your work.
Yes, and that is the demo worth having. Name a job only one or two people in your plant can do properly, or record a short one with us at the stand. Two minutes of footage is enough to come out the other end with a usable work instruction. Tell us in advance which procedure it is and we will have it prepared when you arrive.
Fourteen, and growing: English, German, Polish, Romanian, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, Hungarian, Bulgarian and Danish. A procedure recorded in German comes back as a Romanian work instruction, with a Romanian voice track and Romanian subtitles, and the assistant answers in Romanian too. At the stand we speak German and English.
In the EU. Mira runs in EU regions, and full EU data-residency mode keeps content, personal data and even the AI inference inside the EU — nothing leaves it. GDPR compliance is built in, not bolted on. If your works council or IT will want the details, bring their questions along and we will go through them.
Less than most people expect. Nothing gets installed on the machines and there is no integration project to start — the first recording can happen on the day you get access. There is a free tier to try it with a single team, and we will help you pick the first procedure worth capturing.
